Chef Emiliane from Haiti
Chef Emiliane Malbranche has experiences as a manager in the construction industry. She chose to transition to cooking, driven by a true passion for food. Her cuisine is inspired by Haitian, Guyanese and Surinamese traditions; distinguished by its authenticity and rich flavors.
She offers a diverse range of dishes, such as Bananes pesées – double-fried plantains, Bami, Nassi, and many other specialties, suitable for all types of events: weddings, baptisms, receptions, and end-of-year meals. She also collaborates with companies to organize farewell parties and meetings, bringing an exceptional culinary touch.
