As this event is our very second one in London (where our commercial kitchen is freshly booked), our food rating and market space availability will be confirmed around this date!
Chef Stéphane from French Guiana
Wood’n Chicken was born from the founder’s desire to eat a product he couldn’t get his hands on: smoked chicken, as made in French Guiana.
Driven by this desire, he built his own smoker and developed his own recipe. After several attempts, he finally found the formula that evoked the authentic flavors of smoked chicken.
Over time, this gourmet craving transformed into a true passion for smoked chicken and smoking in general.
This is how the Wood’n Chicken adventure began in 2017.
